(8) Leaving King Cove August 2008

Here is the view that I had while sitting up front of the aircraft with the very young pilot. As you can see, the weather looks great! I had a chance to go on the hovercraft which goes by water but I thought that I would get this short trip done with quickly so I flew since I already had the ticket for flying. Little did we know what we were in for. My sister, Bonnie and her youngest son were the only other people on the flight.

As you can see, the weather was closing in on us quickly!

The road in the photo is the road to take to the hovercraft landing, which is about 10 miles out of town.
