Christmas 2011

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
I had a lot of fun getting photos together of my grandchildren for our annual Christmas card.  Thanks to their parents, we were able to get a few--whew!!  You can probably tell that the kiddos in Florida wondered what in the world was this thing that Mimi Jo wanted them to put on--lol!  Enjoy the candid photos.
They all are growing so fast and Jim and I feel so blessed to be able to spend time with them.

Corduroy jumper

Here is the dress I just made for Kenze.  If you enlarge it you can see the trim that I put across the bodice, around the neck and around the arm hole.  The fabric is very fine corduroy wale.
Precious little Dawson-yes, she is growing soooo fast!

Fun times!!  I'm sharing this photo for my aunt and uncle.  We spent our 6th anniversary at their house in King Cove, obviously, many years ago, since we are now married for 37 years.  We had a 3 layer cake and they did also.  When I saw this photo of their recent anniversary I just had to share this  photo with my aunty Shirley. I don't like the shadows on my photo and I think it is so funny that we had candles on our cake.  I think Glennora had something to do with that.  lol

Disney World

Here we are:  off to three days of fun at Disney World--good thing we brought 5 adults to help with the kiddos.  :)
Now, these little darlings are traveling in comfort!!

She's trying to decide, who is the most handsome!  Somehow, I believe, Dad won!!

We are on the train ride-just to try and to stay dry--didn't happen but luckily it was warm and I didn't get chilled and sick!!  :)

Luckily, this only happened in the morning on only one of the days.

The BEST part of the trip---a large sucker!!

 Precious little ones

I really enjoyed this idea for gardening and hope to use it when I landscape our place!!

Prefered mode of transportation!

A most definite ride, especially for a 22 month little one!

Let's go and rest up for another day!!
