Mt Rainer

This photo was taken while we were driving, I couldn't believe that it turned out so well. It was taken while we were driving down from Paradise on Mt Rainer. It is a beautiful drive up 5400 feet on the mt.


Here at Paradise you can see how much snow is still up there plus, you get to see the mountain!! It is a sight to behold. It was in the 60's at sea level that day so I guess it was about in the 40's up at Paradise. Anyway, I was just so blessed to be up there enjoying one of God's masterpieces!

Springy cookies for Jonny and Jami's 5th wedding anniversary. Sorry, but you really cant make out the green glitter I put on the cookies--it just adds a whole different look to the cookies. Happy Anniversary, Jonny and Jami!!

Technology

Mackenzie is 3 years old and yesterday she showed me her "Cubbie" book that her leader had signed for her. She said, "Grandma, look, she "text" me." Took me a little while to figure out what she had just said!!
We took a walk yesterday and she was so excited about seeing "seed pods" lying on the street. "Look, I see "iPods", she said as she bent over to check them out---so needless to say, we saw a bunch of iPods on the street!!
