By the way!!!! I'm going to be a grandmom again to 2 babies and both born in the month of October.

Volcano

I just had to share the photo of Jordan. When we came home on Easter weekend, I had told Jordan that next year he will have to try out for the role of Jesus in an Easter pagent. He had a dark full face beard. He looked just like the pictures you see of Jesus. Well, we get home this weekend and he has the beard chopped off and redesigned! Took me by surprise, he looks so much like my brother Harvey. I just had to take a photo of him. I must say, he's pretty handsome.
OK, back to the volcano. I took this photo of Mt Redoubt last Thursday from the Kenai bridge turnoff by the flats. Click on the photo for a better view. It is a magnificent sight! They say that the volcano is growing a lava dome.

My sister can see this from her kitchen window!!

Watch out Sarah Palin!! This is what my sister Bonnie can see out of her kitchen window! This thing is very serious. It is pumping out gasses that cause "global warming". I think Al Gore and all his followers have a real problem on their hands. They might have to spend a few trillion dollars trying to make a stopper for these babies. (I have a photo up of Mt Redoubt doing the same thing but appears to have more gasses spewing out) This photo is of Shishaldin volcano down on the Alaska Peninsula. Purse mania

I got into this groove of making these "lantern" purses. They are so easy to make and it is fun to see how they turn out. The yellow and turquoise one is what I made for my Easter purse. :)

Wedding Shower

My cousin, Glennora, had a bridal shower for her daughter, Scooter a few weeks ago and here are some photos of the event here. The food as you can see was beautiful and delicious. We had such fun and laughing.
